Application Situation
Approximately 1700 Structural anchor bolts at the base of a roller coaster.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-2. The surface was prepareThe application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflet VPF-2. The surface was prepared by removing any contamination by rotary wire wheel and then cleaned with Belzona 9111. Two coats of the Belzona 5831 were applied with a brush to the anchor bolts in accordance with the Belzona Instructions For Use.

Belzona 5831 is an environmental moisture tolerant barrier coating and does not corrode. The Belzona 5831 protects the steel underneath the coating and stops the steel from further corrosion.
