Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-3. SurfApplication was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How System Leaflet CEP-3. Surface preparation was done by grinding off the existing paint system and corrosion. Then carefully created a cross hatch profile to ensure a good anchor for the coating. Two coats of the Belzona 1341 were applied by brush in accordance with the Belzona Instructions For Use.

With Belzona 1341 being 100% solids and VOC free the application was performed inside the plant with no disruption to normal operations. Re-assembly of the equipment was able to be completed in 12 hours after the application of the final coat of Belzona 1341.
