Application Situation
Lining of process tank was experiencing deterioration due to erosion corrosion and required to be cleaned and protected from further damage.
Application Method
The lining was cleaned to the required level of cleanliness by abrasive blasting and the external by power tool cleaning. The tank was further cleaned and degreased by using Belzona 9111. Two coats application of Belzona 1341 was applied as lining while two coats of Belzona 6111 primer and two coats of Belzona 5111 was applied as coating.
