End cooler headers of a tube sheet. Design temperature: 200F.
Application Method
Application was carried out in accordance with Belzona Know-How System Leaflets CEP-5 & FBC-5. Belzona 1511 was used to rebuild the entire profile of the inside of the cooler heads.

The water collectors originally had no lining and were severely damaged after years of service. The Belzona solution restored the equipment thickness, preventing future corrosion and extending the useful life of the equipment. Manufacturing replacement heads would take over a year; however, with the use of Belzona they repaired the equipment and returned to service after a couple of weeks avoiding prolonged downtime.
