Application Situation
Aluminum end covers from formers of Kobayashi paper machine. Six formers with two end covers per machine.
Application Method
The application was carried out in accordance with a modified version of Belzona Know-How Leaflet GSS-10.

Savings to the customer for six (6) pairs of formers exceeded $60,000. The parts would come from Japan and so Belzona saved them 8 to 12 weeks’ worth of downtime. The repaired parts should outlast new ones.
