For full protection, including nozzles and flanges, Belzona 1511 and 1391T help completely isolate the substrate from corrosive environments.

Belzona SuperWrap II restores strength to corroded pipes and tanks, meets ISO/ASME standards, and works up to 150°C—no hot work needed.

Belzona offers cold bonding as a safe, in-situ alternative to welding for installing and repairing decks, tanks, pipes, and fittings. It’s effective during fabrication, turnarounds, or live operations, with injection bonding ideal for structural and deck repairs.
Corrosion resistant repair composites and coatings can be used to repair rubber sheath and pitting corrosion damage and will ensure long-term erosion and corrosion protection of risers. Belzona’s flexible sealing solutions such as Belzona 2111 (D&A Hi-Build Elastomer) can be used for repairs, creation of fillets and rubber rebonding. Belzona’s surface-tolerant protective coatings such as Belzona 5831 (ST-Barrier) can be applied in situ on splash zones and below the waterline.
Belzona offers fast-curing, no-hot-work solutions for damaged storage tanks, including emergency leak sealing and cold plate bonding. Solvent-free coatings like Belzona 3111 seal tank bases while allowing moisture to escape.
For secondary containment, Belzona repair composites and coatings restore concrete floors and walls with minimal downtime. Products like Belzona 4111 repair damage, while Belzona 4361 and 4341 provide long-term chemical resistance, even at high temperatures.
Power plants and oil & gas sites use amine stripper columns to remove CO₂, but these steel structures are prone to corrosion, risking shutdowns.
Belzona’s cold bonding solutions offer a non-weld alternative for repairs. Belzona 1511 rebuilds metal loss with long-term protection, while high-temp coatings like Belzona 1593 and 1391T guard against corrosion based on the amine used.
